Job summary

Scientex is seeking a dynamic Export Sales Executive to drive growth in overseas markets from Selangor, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will expand the customer base, identify new opportunities, and manage inquiries with professionalism.

Requirements include a marketing/business degree and 3–5 years in sales or business development. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese is preferred to support multi-market activities. Willingness to travel overseas on short notice is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Economics, International Business, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and expand new overseas markets and potential customers.
• Manage, follow up, and respond promptly to existing and new overseas sales enquiries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive customer retention and business growth.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and profitability targets through effective sales and business development strategies.
• Develop, execute, and monitor marketing and business development initiatives to increase sales revenue and market presence.
• Prepare and implement effective strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely processing and fulfilment of customer orders.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the company at local and international trade exhibitions, business events, and customer meetings to promote the company's products and services.
• Conduct regular market visits and customer engagements to strengthen business relationships and identify potential opportunities.
• Take initiative and demonstrate a strong commitment towards achieving sales and profitability objectives.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior or management.
