Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group, an Executive Recruitment firm, partners with a leading organisation in the Industrial sector to hire a Head of Export Sales based in Malaysia. This role will drive international market expansion, acquire customers, and grow revenue by leading the Export Sales Team to achieve targets.

You will collaborate with Production, Planning, Logistics and Finance to ensure orders are fulfilled and compliant with regulations, while developing strategic opportunities with overseas

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or International Business.
• 8–10 years of related sales experience.
• Experience in export sales and manufacturing preferred.
• Proven international business development and leadership experience.
• Willing to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement export sales strategies to meet targets.
• Identify new international markets, customers and distributors.
• Manage relationships with overseas customers and key accounts.
• Handle enquiries, complaints and commercial issues.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts and margins.
• Lead and coach the Export Sales Team.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Logistics, and Finance.
• Prepare sales reports and provide market updates.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
