• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu (reading, speaking, writing).
• Mandarin proficiency is essential for stakeholder communication with Chinese-speaking partners.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel overseas frequently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipments with freight forwarders and shipping lines to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and manage export documentation, including packing lists, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and internal company policies.
• Arrange export insurance coverage and liaise with finance and insurance providers on claims.
• Travel to China to oversee buyers' sample inspections and verify product quality against specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of export documents, shipment logs, and prepare regular reports on export activities.
