Qualifications

• Experience handling local and export sales orders from receipt to delivery.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and other sales-related documents.
• Prepare export documentation including packing lists, commercial invoices, and shipping documents.
• Apply for and manage export permits and regulatory documentation.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers, forwarding agents, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements and documentation with forwarding agents.
