Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Sales or related field.
• Experience in export sales or international business development is advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation and CRM skills.
• Good understanding of market trends, pricing strategies.
• Able to coordinate with customers and internal departments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive and willing to explore overseas opportunities.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Have a valid driving license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow export sales accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Handle sales and marketing activities across global markets.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis including pricing and trends.
• Support development of market-specific product and pricing strategies.
• Build relationships with international customers and manage enquiries.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal departments.
• Monitor production progress and delivery to meet requirements.
• Forecast material requirements with production and coordinate stock orders.
• Ensure timely collection of assigned customer accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
