in Malaysia is seeking an experienced End User Compute (EUC) Engineer to own the ongoing management, operations, and support of our EUC environment, ensuring our people have the hardware, software, and support they need to excel. This highly autonomous role requires you to independently assess technical problems, engage stakeholders, and design and deliver robust solutions with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in EUC support and operations, autonomous with end-to-end ownership.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, and Entra ID.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage directly with end users and stakeholders.
• Microsoft certifications such as MD-102 or MS-102 highly desirable; CompTIA A+ a plus.
• Experience supporting AV/collaboration tech (Teams, Neat, BrightSign) and ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage client computing environments, including physical hardware and virtual desktops, to optimise performance and uptime.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Administer identity and access through Microsoft Entra ID.
• Administer Windows endpoint management via SCCM and Intune, enforcing compliance and security policies.
• Manage device imaging, software deployment, OS patching, and endpoint security across the fleet.
• Support collaboration technology, including Microsoft Teams, Neat meeting room devices, and BrightSign signage.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose/implement solutions.
• Lead the evaluation and rollout of new EUC technology, from hardware to virtual desktop setups.
