Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage End User Computing projects from initiation to delivery in Malaysia, coordinating with PM, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to ensure timely execution.

The role requires 3+ years in related fields, strong English communication, and the ability to work permanent night US hours. Location is Penang, with a permanent night shift. Knowledge of FF, DOMS, and related tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

3+ years in project coordination, project management, program management, or sales operations.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Technical understanding of PC operating systems/deployment environments is an advantage.
Strong customer-facing skills and fluent English.

Responsibilities

Coordinate custom and complex customer projects and track project progress.
Review customer requirements and maintain project documentation.
Coordinate activities across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Project Management teams.
Monitor timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables; escalate when required.
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Support project planning, quality assurance, implementation, and delivery.
Provide project status updates and identify process improvements.
Work with tools such as Financial Force (FF), DOMS, DellStar, OFS, EBI, PET Tool, and FMT.
