Alpaca is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate enterprise customer integrations globally, guiding cross-functional teams from conception to launch and aligning timelines, risks, and deliverables to meet strategic objectives.

You will own end-to-end launches of brokerage APIs (equities, crypto, options) and work with product, engineering, compliance, and customer success to scope, plan, and execute timelines. Remote work with international scope is available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of enterprise-level project management experience.
• Excellent English and additional language skills (Chinese, Korean, or Japanese) for cross-border clarity.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with customers globally and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Technical troubleshooting skills and API knowledge.
• Familiarity with brokerages/fintech APIs preferred.

Responsabilités

• Be the face of Alpaca to large enterprise clients.
• Provide updates to leadership on blockers and solutions.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to roll out features.
• Support onboarding and integration timelines.
• Ensure timely delivery and risk mitigation.
• Create internal/external resources for partners.
