Job summary

Radii Global in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Technical Implementation Manager to lead software implementations for financial and enterprise clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

You will manage end-to-end deployments, coordinate with clients and technical teams, gather requirements, oversee testing, and drive risk management and handover processes.

This role requires strong communication, project management, and knowledge of APIs, data migration, and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field
• 5–8 years of software implementation experience
• Experience in fintech, ERP, or enterprise systems
• Knowledge of APIs, data migration, and system integration
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure, Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
