Job summary

Capco (The Capital Market Company Group) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex banking transformation initiatives across financial services clients. You will own projects from initiation through implementation, collaborating with senior business and technology stakeholders, delivery teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within banking/financial services.
• Experience leading banking transformation projects.
• Strong domain experience in at least one banking area (retail, private, corporate, payments, capital markets, etc.).
• Experience delivering transformation involving business, operations and technology stakeholders.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, sponsors and steering committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of banking transformation initiatives from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, dependencies and success measures.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans covering timelines, resources and budgets.
• Drive execution across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment with business outcomes.
• Translate strategic objectives into structured transformation plans.
