Binance is seeking a senior PMO/Program Manager to own the TradFi roadmap, coordinate cross-region launches, and manage regulatory readiness. You will drive executive reporting, vendor partnerships, and launch governance.

The role requires strong communication, risk management, and strategic planning in a crypto-focused, fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates bring PMO experience in broker-dealer or fintech, deep understanding of TradFi structures, and ability to navigate multi-jurisdiction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field; MBA/CFA/PMP preferred.
• PMO/Project management experience in broker-dealer, exchange, fintech, or investment banking.
• Strong understanding of TradFi market structures across asset classes.
• Experience coordinating multi-jurisdiction launches with licensing and compliance.
• Exceptional executive communication, synthesize multi-workstream programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in fast-paced crypto environments.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program plan for the TradFi roadmap.
• Run the PMO operating cadence with weekly reviews and executive steering.
• Drive market-expansion workstreams across regions coordinating regulatory readiness.
• Own vendor and partner workstream for data and infrastructure.
• Define launch-readiness criteria and coordinate phased rollouts.
• Identify risks and blockers and drive resolutions.
• Maintain competitive-intelligence to inform prioritization.
• Standardize PMO tooling and reporting for governance.
