Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Sales Operations Officer in Penang, Malaysia to process quotations and provide proactive customer support for new and existing business.

You will collaborate closely with the Sales team, adhere to quote strategies to win new business, and ensure accurate pricing to meet branch targets. Arrow offers medical and life insurance, growth opportunities, and a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree graduate in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in electronics distribution.
• Strong solution-minded approach with ability to collaborate across teams.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process quotations and provide customer support to new and current business.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and adhere to quote strategies to win new business.
• Provide accurate and competitive pricing to meet branch targets.
• Gather marketing information regarding customers, competitors and pricing.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships and communications with internal stakeholders.
• Support customers with additional requirements such as stock offers, competitor parts, datasheet and certificate requests.
