Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• Experience in the electronic components distribution industry is highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Familiar with procurement workflows with a strong mindset for cost control.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and cost management skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Source materials effectively via online channels and industry networks; familiar with procurement terminology.
• Master component specifications; strictly manage Purchase Order (PO) requirements and delivery lead times.
• Monitor market pricing and drive cost savings through competitive bidding and negotiation.
• Manage the full purchasing cycle, including RFQ, price negotiation, PO creation, order tracking, and ensuring on-time delivery.
