Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Manager to lead Manufacturing, Process Engineering and NPI within a high-volume electronics environment.

You will guide engineering teams, set KPIs, and drive automation, cost reduction and continuous improvement across production lines. The role focuses on SMT and Box-Build assembly, with responsibility for CAPEX/OPEX, technology adoption, and delivering successful NPI from prototype to mass production.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years in high-volume electronics manufacturing.
• 5+ years in managerial roles leading Manufacturing/NPI teams.
• Experience with CAPEX investments and ROI justifications.
• Strong knowledge of IPC/ISO quality standards.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership and strategic planning for Manufacturing, Process and NPI.
• Monitor KPIs including First-Pass Yield, OEE, NPI lead time and cost savings.
• Standardize engineering processes across production lines and units.
• Drive automation, Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing initiatives.
• Oversee NPI from prototype through EVT, DVT and PVT to mass production.
• Lead technical discussions and resolve customer-related engineering escalations.
• Drive yield improvement and manufacturing cost optimization.
• Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets and investments.
• Ensure compliance with IPC/ISO standards and quality frameworks.
