Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Section Manager for an Electronics Manufacturing / MNC. The role oversees inventory control activities and leads a team of analysts to ensure accurate stock records and efficient operations.

The candidate will develop strategies, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement to support business objectives within a manufacturing environment in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in inventory control, logistics strategy, cost management and CI.
• Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control activities including receiving, stockroom, preparation and shipping.
• Supervise Inventory Analysts and ensure accuracy of counts and records.
• Develop and implement inventory control strategies aligned with business needs.
• Monitor metrics, analyse trends and provide regular performance updates to management.
• Drive process improvements and promote best practices across facilities.
