Job summary

Fragomen Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join the WorkRight Operations team. You will review and verify employment eligibility documents, ensure information is complete and accurate, and process records in accordance with established procedures and client requirements.

You will support a high-volume global documents verification project while collaborating with internal teams to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with at least 1 year of work experience in a process-driven, document verification/checking, administrative, compliance, or operations role
• Ability to manage high-volume administrative work and meet deadlines
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly

Responsibilities

• Review and verify employee documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Process and maintain records within internal systems
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and elevate where required
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and service level expectations
