Job summary

TANDA DEVELOPMENT PTE LTD is seeking an Overseas Design Institute Promotion Specialist/Sales Engineer to develop relationships with architectural design institutes, M&E consultants, engineering firms and project stakeholders across international markets. The role focuses on promoting fire protection and smart building solutions during the design stage to increase specification opportunities.

This position serves as an entry point for the Specification Sales career path with potential growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above.
• Preferred majors: Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection or Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of overseas B2B sales, technical sales or business development experience.
• Experience with design institutes, engineering consultants, contractors or developers is highly preferred.
• Experience in fire protection, building automation, MEP or construction industry is advantageous.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) with capability to present and discuss technically.

Responsibilities

• Develop overseas design institute relationships and engage with key stakeholders.
• Promote design specifications and fire protection solutions during project design stages.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and discussions with consultants and designers.
• Support consultants with product selection, system design recommendations and documentation.
• Maintain consultant databases and CRM records; track opportunities from initial contact to tender.
