Job summary

INGENIOUS WORKS INTERNATIONAL (M) SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to support electrical engineering projects from design review through procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and handover. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive on-time, quality delivery.

The role requires reviewing drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards, and preparing technical docs,

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of electrical engineering projects from design review, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, to project handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and submit technical documentation, shop drawings, material submittals, reports, and project updates.
• Assist in resolving technical and site issues, managing project risks, and supporting cost and schedule control.
• Participate in site inspections, testing, commissioning activities, and quality assurance processes.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
