Job summary

DayOne in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support the Customer Success Manager and ensure high-quality service delivery. You will coordinate daily operations, assist with project execution, and help maintain strong client relationships across regions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of DC/MEP/Construction exposure. Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential to succeed in this fast‑growing data infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PM, Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year in DC/MEP/Construction; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication, presentation and coordination skills.
• English proficiency; additional language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Success Manager and coordinate daily operations.
• Prepare customer-facing documentation and maintain records.
• Track service performance against SLAs and produce dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
• Assist in project schedules, milestones and procurement tracking.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support ITIL/compliance.
