Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Malaysia I Sdn. Bhd. invites applications for an entry-level role to support the Customer Success Manager in delivering client-facing services and projects across hyperscale infrastructure in Southeast Asia.

You’ll coordinate daily operations, track SLAs, prepare customer-facing documentation, and keep audit-ready records while gaining exposure to project delivery and ITIL-aligned practices in a fast-growing data-center environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in data center, MEP consultancy, or construction preferred.
• Fresh graduates with internship or project exposure are welcome; strong English required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer communications and maintain professional responses.
• Track service performance against SLAs and prepare regular reports.
• Support project schedules, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain audit-ready records and coordinate cross-functional activities.
