DayOne is seeking a Customer Success Specialist in Malaysia to support the Customer Success Manager, coordinate daily operations, and help ensure service delivery meets contractual standards.

The ideal candidate is a clear communicator, highly organized, and able to collaborate across teams to boost customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Fresh graduates are welcome with a positive, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• 1 year of work experience in DC industry/MEP Consultancy/Construction preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent customer interface experience with strong communication, presentation and coordination skills.
• Good learning ability and a proactive, positive mindset.
• Strong client-servicing mindset and ability to handle public relations issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing customer communications and maintain accurate records.
• Track service performance against SLAs and assist in reports and dashboards.
• Support the Customer Success Manager in project schedules, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
