Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required; working proficiency in English preferred.
8+ years of industry experience, with a strong focus on data center or similar critical infrastructure projects.
In-depth knowledge of local codes and standards.
Experience in managing and coordinating complex projects, with strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to integrate designs into project plans.
Provide technical leadership across every system to meet standards and client specifications.
Implement quality control processes to verify design accuracy and reliability.
Identify and resolve electrical design issues and project risks.
Collaborate with vendors to specify and select electrical equipment per design.
Prepare and review design documentation, drawings, and reports.
