Job summary

DayOne in Malaysia is seeking an entry-to-early-career Customer Success Support to assist the Customer Success Manager by coordinating daily operations and maintaining audit-ready documentation across hyperscale projects.

You will handle day-to-day customer communications, track SLAs, generate reports, and support cross-functional teams to keep tasks moving, while learning how client relationships and project delivery operate in a live data center environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field; fresh graduates considered.
• At least 1 year of data center, MEP consultancy, or construction exposure.
• Working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer communications, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and issues.
• Track service performance against SLAs and prepare regular reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep service operations running smoothly and resolve issues on time.
• Support the Customer Success Manager on project schedules, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
