Job summary

DayOne in Malaysia is seeking an entry‑level Customer Success Support professional to assist the Customer Success Manager across hyperscale infrastructure projects. You will coordinate daily operations, keep records audit-ready, and help deliver client-facing services in a live data center environment.

You will manage day‑to‑day customer communications, prepare documentation, monitor SLAs, and assist with project schedules, procurement, and stakeholder updates, while learning ITIL aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in data center industry, MEP consultancy, or construction preferred.
• Fresh graduates with internship/project exposure welcome to apply.
• Working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Success Manager in daily operations and client relationships.
• Track service delivery against SLAs and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate project schedules, procurement activities and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain cross-functional collaboration with operations, IT, and construction teams and ensure compliance with ITIL standards.
