Job summary

SC NEW ENERGY MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Customs Executive to handle import/export declarations and ensure customs compliance for shipments processed in Malaysia.

You will prepare declarations, verify documents, liaise with customs, forwarders and brokers, manage HS codes and duty/tax calculations, maintain records, and support regulatory requirements. Fresh graduates are welcome; Mandarin is required, with English and Bahasa Malaysia for daily communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Customs clearance experience is an advantage.
• Familiar with Malaysian customs procedures and Dagang Net.
• Mandarin is required; English and Bahasa Malaysia for communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit customs declarations for import/export shipments.
• Verify shipping documents and liaise with customs, forwarders, and brokers.
• Handle HS code classification, duty/tax computation, and clearance coordination.
• Maintain customs records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned.
