Job summary

Centre Side Express Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled candidate to prepare, review, and submit customs declarations for import, export and transshipment shipments. You will ensure compliance with regulations and company requirements, and maintain thorough documentation.

The role requires experience in seafreight, airfreight and trucking, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Training and career growth opportunities are offered by the Bumiputera company HQ in Klang, Selangor.

Qualifications

• Experience in customs declaration and documentation.
• Ability to prepare and submit K1, K2, K3, K8, and K9 customs declaration forms.
• Basic knowledge of K8 customs declaration forms.
• Proficiency in preparing and submitting ZB forms.
• Familiarity with import and export procedures and customs regulations.
• Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in Seafreight, Airfreight and Trucking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customs declaration forms for import, export, and transshipment shipments.
• Ensure all declarations comply with customs regulations and company requirements.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of invoices, packing lists, permits, and other supporting documents.
• Maintain organized filing and documentation records.
• Monitor declaration status and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
