Job summary

Rozer Sterilizer Technology (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is expanding its Malaysia team and seeks a Customs & Subcontract Compliance Executive to manage RMCD compliance for subcontract / farm-in activities.

The role covers documentation, declarations, audits, and close coordination with RMCD and internal departments. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in Malaysian customs, bonded warehousing, and experience with LMW customers. Proficiency in Excel and SMK systems is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Customs, Logistics, SCM, IT or related disciplines.
• 2–5 years in Malaysian customs, LCW, bonded warehouse, compliance, or subcontract ops.
• Experience with LMW customers and subcontract/farm-in is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customs compliance for subcontract/farm-in activities.
• Coordinate documentation for subcontract work per RMCD requirements.
• Liaise with RMCD and government authorities on customs matters.
• Ensure activities occur within approved premises and conditions.
• Monitor changes to customs regulations (SST, LMW, RMCD).
• Provide customs compliance advice to internal teams.
• Record and track bonded goods: receipt, status, location, and return.
• Coordinate customs declarations and audit readiness.
• Prepare subcontract documentation and maintain traceability for audits.
• Cross-functional coordination with Warehouse, QA, Production, and Finance.
