Job summary

Hirehub Group is seeking a bonded operations professional to manage the Johor Bahru factory's bonded warehouse and materials. The role covers end-to-end operations, including customs clearance and regulatory compliance within Malaysia's bonded zone.

You will coordinate import plans for equipment, handle inspections with Malaysian Customs, and standardize bonded ledgers and reports to ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics and bonded operations.
• Knowledge of Malaysia's bonded zone processes.
• Ability to communicate with Malaysian Customs in English.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the Johor Bahru bonded warehouse and materials.
• Handle customs clearance, filing, write-off/cancellation and regulatory work.
• Coordinate factory equipment import plans (temporary import/export, bonded processing, duty exemptions).
• Liaise with Malaysian Customs, handling inspections and audits.
• Standardize ledgers, documentation and reports for bonded operations.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the end-to-end management of the bonded warehouse and bonded materials at the Johor Bahru factory.
• Handle customs clearance, filing, write-off/cancellation, and regulatory processes related to Malaysia's bonded zone.
• Coordinate factory equipment import plans (including temporary import/export, bonded processing, equipment import duty exemption procedures, etc.).
• Liaise with Malaysian Customs / Customs Department, handling customs inspections and audits.
• Standardize the management of bonded ledgers, documentation, and reports.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or bonded operations.
• Knowledgeable in Malaysian bonded operations and familiar with LMW / LBS / LWS operational procedures.
• Proficient in English as a working language, capable of directly communicating with Malaysian Customs.
• Experience in manufacturing / factory bonded warehouse operations.
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience in planning and setting up LMW / LWS bonded warehouses in Malaysia.
• Possessing a local driving license.

Salary Range: RM7k - RM9k
