Job summary

Omya Malaysia seeks an experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee segment management, pricing, and order execution within SAP and Salesforce ecosystems. The role focuses on coordinating with Sales, Logistics and Finance to ensure accurate orders, timely deliveries and compliant processes.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in manufacturing customer service, with exposure to international trade and strong problem solving, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of prior experience in the areas of customer service, with emphasis on manufacturing segment.
• Experience in export/import transportation or international business in the industrial chemical market is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order management and pricing processes in SAP and Salesforce to ensure accurate input and timeliness.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics and Finance to resolve issues and keep customers informed of status, delays or price changes.
• Support QSHE compliance and monthly/yearly financial closing activities in SAP.
• Monitor customer requests and complaints, aiming for prompt and professional resolution.
