Job summary

Gate, a leading cryptocurrency exchange based in Malaysia, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its Finance & Strategy team. In this role, you will be a key financial advisor, translating data into insights while partnering with various business units. You will have the opportunity to drive data-informed decision-making and manage budgeting and forecasting processes.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in finance, particularly in FP&A, and a strong background in business partnering. A competitive compensation package and a flexible working environment await for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in finance, with direct FP&A experience.
• Experience in business partnering or working with non-finance stakeholders.
• Background in management consulting or Big 4 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted financial advisor providing analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Own budgeting and forecasting for business units.
• Provide visibility into revenue, costs, and margins.
