Job summary

Gate, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, seeks an experienced Institutional Operations Analyst to oversee liquidity programs and incentives. You will model revenue impacts, benchmark rivals, and collaborate with BD, RM, product, and risk as we scale our institutional business.

In a remote-first environment, you’ll analyze large trading datasets with SQL and BI tools, design client dashboards, and coordinate with tech teams on colocation, API, and latency for high-frequency clients.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and data modelling skills with hands-on analysis.
• Experience with BI tools and dashboards.
• Ability to translate analysis into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, fee tier assessment for institutional clients.
• Design liquidity programs and maker/taker incentive schemes.
• Model revenue and volume impact under different scenarios.
• Benchmark competitor fee schedules and provide strategic recommendations.
• Create dashboards tracking trading volume and institutional revenue.
• Identify high-potential accounts using large trading datasets.
• Coordinate with tech teams on colocation, API, and latency for high-frequency clients.
