Job summary

DPE Global Services Centre (Malaysia) is seeking a Shared Services CRM Specialist to support APAC and EU campaign execution. You will work with the CRM Manager and local teams to deploy campaigns across Email, App Push, Web Push, SMS and MMS, using various marketing technologies and CMS tools.

You will collaborate with markets like AU, NZ, JP, TW, MY, SG, DE, FR, NL and BE to ensure timely, accurate and high-quality outputs, while building knowledge in CRM platforms and engagement channels.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT or related field.
• CRM or digital marketing experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Basic understanding of CRM channels (Email, SMS, Push).
• Ability to support campaign build, testing and execution with accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, schedule and deploy CRM campaigns across multiple markets.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and with high quality.
• Support local CRM teams to meet market requirements and objectives.
• Follow QA, campaign processes and maintain documentation.
• Develop CRM platform knowledge and contribute to best practices.
