Job summary

DHL Express Malaysia is seeking a delivery professional to complete multiple shipments with timely accuracy. You will drive company vehicle, collect duties, and update ETAs while maintaining service levels and building strong customer relationships.

The role requires SPM or equivalent, a GDL license, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. This is an on-site position based in Batu Kawan, Penang, offering international exposure and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent is required.
• GDL license holder required or preferred.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Complete multiple deliveries and collections of shipments.
• Sort and prioritise workload to meet all time commitments.
• Revise ETAs and update according to procedures.
• Liaise with SPC/Admin Team to meet customer requirements.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with external customers.
