Job summary

Jabil Circuit Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks a Compensation Analyst to design, analyze and administer global pay policies. You will partner with Business Managers, HR Generalists, HR Managers and Recruiters to respond to compensation inquiries and carry out regional salary surveys.

Strong English, SAP and HRIS skills, plus advanced Excel and PowerPoint, are required as you develop tools, reports and recommendations on pay structures, merit budgets, and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Must communicate with all levels of the organization, verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in English; multilingual ability is a plus.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical, consulting and influencing skills with issue resolution track record.
• Experience with HRIS and reporting tools is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to compensation inquiries from Business Managers, HR Generalists, HR Managers and Recruiters.
• Complete and analyze regional market salary surveys.
• Assist with managing third‑party salary survey vendors and related contracts.
• Design and administer local compensation policies aligned with global policies.
• Develop base pay management initiatives and tools for merit reviews and pay structures.
• Create training programs on pay policies and regulatory compliance.
• Develop automated tools to manage global compensation data and reports.
• Collaborate with HRIS/IT to ensure compensation data accuracy and updates.
• Analyze data to present recommendations for improvement.
• Support due diligence for site selections and M&A related to compensation.
