• Identify customer questions, concerns and needs for diverse clients globally.
• Provide accurate answers and innovative solutions to inquiries.
• Address complaints with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Redirect customers to appropriate departments for seamless experience.
• Perform KYC and due diligence reviews during onboarding to ensure compliance.
• Review and validate customer profiles and follow up to resolve deficiencies.
• Collaborate with Support, Sales and other departments to ensure overall satisfaction.
• Follow company procedures, policies and guidelines to maintain smooth operations.
