Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or logistics roles.
• Experience in freight forwarding or international logistics is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the client, building lasting relationships via regular communication.
• Coordinate shipments and track movements using OneTrack Dashboard.
• Maintain client dashboards, profiles and reports for accuracy.
• Assist with onboarding and setup of new accounts.
• Identify process improvements and share insights with Sales and Account teams.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to support a high-performing culture.
