Job summary

Mondiale VGL in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Client Services Representative to serve as the trusted partner for our international clients, coordinating shipments and delivering seamless logistics solutions.

You will work across teams, manage accounts, and ensure accuracy of dashboards and reports, while building relationships and driving continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service or logistics, with a proactive, detail-driven mindset and collaborative spirit.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or logistics roles.
• Experience in freight forwarding or international logistics is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the client, building lasting relationships via regular communication.
• Coordinate shipments and track movements using OneTrack Dashboard.
• Maintain client dashboards, profiles and reports for accuracy.
• Assist with onboarding and setup of new accounts.
• Identify process improvements and share insights with Sales and Account teams.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to support a high-performing culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the voice of the client: Build meaningful, long‑term relationships through regular communication and genuine collaboration.
• Deliver seamless logistics solutions: Track, manage, and coordinate shipments using our OneTrack Dashboard, ensuring smooth transitions from order to delivery.
• Drive efficiency and accuracy: Maintain client dashboards, profiles, and reports to keep information current and reliable.
• Empower new partnerships: Set up new accounts, assist with onboarding, and ensure each transition feels effortless.
• Champion continuous improvement: Spot opportunities to streamline processes, resolve issues proactively, and share insights with Sales and Account Management teams.
• Collaborate with excellence: Work closely with both onshore and offshore teams, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, high‑performing culture

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service (3+ years), freight forwarding, or international logistics (is a plus, not a deal‑breaker). A genuine passion for customer success — you take pride in finding solutions and going the extra mile.
• A sharp eye for detail and strong sense of ownership; you don’t just follow up, you follow through.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills, with the confidence to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• A team‑first mindset — collaboration comes naturally to you, and you enjoy helping others succeed.
