Job summary

UpGrowth HR Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Client Services Executive to enhance relationships with premium clients.

You will manage daily communications, coordinate with internal teams, and provide tailored solutions to client needs. The role requires 1–3 years in customer service or client relations, strong communication skills, and fluency in Mandarin and English. Eligible candidates should have a related degree and a professional, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, sales support, or related roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and coordination abilities.
• Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance with a positive attitude and team spirit.
• Experience in premium customer service, private clubs, hospitality, hotels, or corporate reception is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Handle daily client communications, receptions, and follow-up activities.
• Understand client needs and provide professional advice and suitable solutions.
• Respond to client inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.

• Assist in organizing client meetings, events, and business networking activities.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all information is properly updated.
• Support initiatives to enhance the company's brand image and overall customer experience.
