Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a senior Client Relationship Manager in Securities Services to actively manage major client relationships globally. You will work with regional BAMs, Operations, Product Management and external entities to deliver high-quality solutions that meet complex multi-market needs while balancing cost and bespoke requirements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Experience with Securities Services products and custody operations.
• Strong understanding of market regulations affecting client services.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external entities.
• Proven track record in risk management and governance.
• Excellent relationship and escalation handling with clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior contact for major client relationships across Securities Services.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent client service standards.
• Monitor client feedback and implement actions to improve satisfaction.
• Lead governance, risk and control activities relevant to client management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Management and regulators as needed.
• Oversee implementation projects and client onboarding with a focus on value delivery.
