Job summary

Standard Chartered Malaysia is seeking a seasoned operations professional to lead the Fund Services function within Securities Services. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive service quality, and coordinate with global teams to meet client expectations.

This role emphasizes process optimization, risk awareness, and stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities include supervising the Fund Services team, ensuring adherence to SLAs, and delivering consistent, high-quality client service

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics or equivalent.
• Experience with fund administration services including fund valuation and offshore funds is desirable.
• Strong communication, client servicing and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle fast-changing situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head – FMO Securities Services Fund Services to manage operations.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality services meeting SLAs and objectives.
• Lead Fund Services team to achieve service quality and zero defects for clients.
• Oversee daily operations and staff development within Fund Services.
