Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Securities Services, client management, or senior operational leadership.
• Ability to lead executive-level meetings and influence strategic priorities.
• Proven track record in building and growing client sectors across securities services.
• Strong understanding of controls and risk management.
• Experience collaborating across multiple functions and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and lead a best-in-class account management team for client base.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and low attrition with executives and teams.
• Drive growth through new and cross-sell opportunities within SSv.
• Manage relationships with C-suite and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to align strategy.
• Oversee service delivery and governance for assigned clients.
• Support rollout of new client-facing technology and client adoption.
• Mentor staff and promote best practices in client management.
• Sit on internal committees as required.
