Job summary

The role requires 8+ years in change, strong leadership, stakeholder management, and mastery of PM frameworks. Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in change environments across strategy, design and delivery.
• Experience in banking/change programs at senior levels.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of PM frameworks (MSP/PRINCE2/PMI).

Responsibilities

• Propose innovative ideas and test with stakeholders to refine approaches.
• Shape project direction by aligning with HSBC strategies and priorities.
• Design and maintain project governance, sponsorship, tollgates and steering committees.
• Analyze current and future states, elicit requirements and obtain sign-off from stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end delivery, manage scope, budget, timelines, risks and benefits realization.
