Coins.ph is seeking a Senior Payments Lead to own the strategy, growth, and execution of the global payments business. You will lead cross-functional teams across Product, Operations, Data Analytics, and Technology to drive performance and strategic priorities.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, remittance, or digital asset industries.
• Proven experience leading a business unit, product organization, or payments business with full ownership of business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of payment products, cross-border payments, payment infrastructure, and operational processes.
• Experience managing Product, Operations, Analytics, and Technology teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market opportunities into scalable products and business growth.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in building and scaling high-performing teams.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC, sanctions compliance, and global payment regulations.
• Fluent English communication skills.
