Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Malaysia is seeking a customer service professional to deliver world-class support to international callers. The role requires a Diploma or Degree and may involve handling calls from different regions with English and potentially Mandarin.

You will join a fast-paced team, receive thorough training in Malaysia and/or Singapore, and work on resolving inquiries while maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications

• Requires a Diploma or Degree from a recognized college or university.
• Preferably 1 year of call center or customer service experience.
• Experience handling international calls is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong English communication skills; Mandarin or Chinese dialects are a plus.
• Good voice, clear pronunciation, and empathetic listening.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Comprehensive training will be provided in Malaysia and/or Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service via telephone.
• Provide polite, professional, and accurate responses.
• Manage customer expectations and take ownership of requests.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
• Stay informed on new or enhanced products/services to maintain quality service.
• Support leadership in reviewing processes and implementing improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
