You will manage capacity across processes, participate in team meetings, and build strong relationships with business partners to drive operational goals and KPI achievement. Adaptability is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, research and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to terms, conditions, policies and procedures when updating information in the system.
• Maintain service quality for customers, merchants and stakeholders through efficiency and standards; obtain approvals and prepare monthly reports.
• Manage capacity for multiple processes including case and email distribution and bulk uploads.
• Attend team meetings and maintain prepared schedules and activities.
• Develop relationships with business partners to enable operational goals.
• Meet KPIs and process requests accurately and on time; identify process improvements.
• Manage inventory for stakeholders.
