Job summary

IRIS Corporation Berhad is seeking an L2 IT support professional to maintain daily server and network operations and support business applications. You will liaise with Project Management, Development and QA teams as well as clients to ensure smooth project delivery.

The role requires 2–5 years in a similar IT support capacity, strong SQL skills, and excellent communication. Occasional on-site overseas support may be needed. A relevant degree is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/Electrical/Computer Engineering with strong academic record
• 2–5 years in application or technical support in IT
• Strong SQL knowledge and ability to troubleshoot customer issues
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations and continuity of servers and network infrastructure
• Provide L2 support to clients via email and phone
• Coordinate with PM/Dev/QA to ensure timely project delivery
• On-site overseas technical support as required
