Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of enterprise application support and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with major databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Knowledge of secure coding, version control, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for enterprise applications and incidents.
• Troubleshoot, resolve system errors, and handle performance issues.
• Monitor health, interfaces, jobs, and availability; perform RCA and preventive fixes.
• Develop SQL queries for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze DB tables, relations, stored procedures, and data flows.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot scripts, programs, and interfaces.
• Support minor enhancements, bug fixes, and change requests.
• Develop API integrations and automation to improve functionality.
