allnex is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia to manage vendor invoices and cash flow. You will verify, code, and process invoices while maintaining accuracy and timeliness in our global operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to support Greater China operations.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Solid accounting and VAT knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate invoices prior to payment.
• Generate and process payments as necessary.
• Enter invoice and general ledger data.
• Perform accounts reconciliation.
• Support financial transactions and systems optimization.
• Streamline accounts payable processes.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality in reporting.
• Follow internal policies and procedures.
