Evonik Malaysia is seeking a proactive Finance professional to join the Payment Team. The role requires a degree in Finance/Business Administration/Accounting, fresh graduate or with >2 years experience, and knowledge of Accounts Payable.

You will support AP processes and collaborate with Local Services and CoE to ensure timely, compliant payments. English communication is essential, with Chinese language as a plus.

Formación

• Degree in Finance/Business Administration/Accounting or equivalent.
• Fresh grad or with >2 years relevant working experience.
• Knowledge in Accounts Payable and SSC experience is an advantage.
• Candidates may need to workshift hours for EMEA and America portfolios.
• Team player, meticulous, able to meet tight deadlines and under pressure.
• Good verbal and written English; Chinese language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to Evonik procedures and internal guidelines with proper documentation.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Local Services and CoE.
• Support internal and external audits for AP processes.
• Collaborate with AP team to process documents and resolve issues.
• Ensure closing timelines meet Group requirements.
• Process payments via online banking to ensure timely execution.
• Provide payment forecasts and regular/Ad hoc reports.
• Monitor blocked invoice releases before payment runs.
• Obtain vendor confirmations prior to payments.
• Support cross-functional hub activities and take on additional roles.
