Job summary

EP Engineering Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager specialized in gensets and fuel systems to lead construction-sector projects from design through handover.

The role requires planning, coordinating procurement, and overseeing installation, testing, commissioning and client handover. The candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Construction Management with at least 5 years of related experience and strong leadership,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in genset, M&E, construction or fuel-system projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and client coordination.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, data centre or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of diesel generator and fuel-system applications.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Management: Plan, coordinate and manage genset and fuel-system projects from commencement to completion.
• Genset System: Manage installation of diesel generator sets, panels, ATS/AMF and related works.
• Fuel System: Design and install diesel fuel systems including tanks, pumps, piping and control systems.
• Construction Coordination: Coordinate site activities, attend meetings, resolve RFIs and issues.
• Procurement & Subcontractor Management: Manage procurement, supplier quotes and subcontractor performance.
• Testing & Commissioning: Coordinate testing, start-up, load tests and handover to client.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, QA/QC and safety practices.
• Cost & Commercial Management: Monitor costs, variations and progress claims.
• Documentation & Handover: Maintain project docs and handover to client.
